Even though he lost, Farouk Shami had the best party (with video)

Had most people invested part of their personal fortune in a run for office, only to lose out in the primary with 13% percent of the vote, they'd be feeling pretty glum.

But not Farouk Shami.

The Houston businessman and hair care guru celebrated on Tuesday night as if he had just given a victory and not a concession speech.

But I guess if the party is paid for (and there's a rap song with your name in it to play), you might as well have a great time.
