Night Owl: Hilary Duff hangs at The Owl

Where does a former Gossip Girl go when she's back in her hometown?

Well, if she's Hilary Duff and her hometown is Houston, she spends Friday night at the trendy but low-key bar The Owl, opened in January by Stephen Clarke in the former Mugsy's spot on Kirby. 

The Duffster reportedly hung out in the crowd until about midnight but there was no sign of Duff's new fiance, NHL player Mike Comrie.
